The hotel rooms are very spacious, with 2 single beds, a large bathroom, and are super close to the mall, making it very convenient. The service was exceptional, with friendly staff like Joyce at reception and helpful team members Narayan, Durga, and Saheel. The location is perfect in Deira, with a comfortable bed, clean rooms, and a beautiful view. The dining experience, although reasonably good, could improve with more breakfast options. Facilities were well-kept.

The hotel was a bit congested with barely any moving space, but offered a Creek view and a bathtub. I had to see the assistant instead of the manager initially, but eventually got settled in the 'Hollywood Suite'.
